Cleaned Mirror and monitor screen used an extension cord and plugged unit into 120v outlet and turned on unit monitor booted up Widows Embedded. Used the touch screen to navigate the desktop clicked VisoOffice 2 version 2.5.57 once loaded in I used the touch screen to navigate all settings. I was able to use the camera and take images and was able to adjust camera height. Deleted all patients and cleaned unit-GA
