Levelled the autoclave for proper Air Drying, connected it to a 120 volt power source, attached a donor condenser waste bottle, added distilled water and proceeded to calibrate the sterilizer. Calibration was successful, proceeded to test the sterilizer. Ran the autoclave through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. To verify that this sterilizer is achieving it's maximum required sterilization temperature during a cycle, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to exceed the required 273 F during a sterilization cycle. Prior to testing, this autoclave was disassembled down to the bare chassis, cleaned and rebuilt. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Reservoir Filter, Reservoir Cap, Water Pump Filter and Drain Kit were installed. Installed a new Water Pump, Probe Bracket, Chamber Microswitch, Keypad, Safety Valve, Check Valve, Air Valve Plunger, Air Compressor Filter and Fascia Gasket. Cleaned the Sterilizing Cassette and installed a new Cassette Seal. Autoclave is fully functional.
