This autoclave was inspected internally and externally. Then it was disassembled down to it's bare chassis, cleaned and reassembled. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new a Water Pump Filter and Drain Kit upgrade were installed. Cleaned the Cassette Chamber and Probe Bracket Assembly. As a preventive maintenance practice, a new Water Pump, Safety Valve, Check Valve, Air Valve Solenoid Plunger and Air Compressor Filter were installed. The Sterilizing Cassette was also cleaned and a new Cassette Seal was installed. Also installed a new Fascia Gasket. Levelled the sterilizer for proper cassette drying, connected it to a 120 volt power source, attached a donor condenser waste bottle, added distilled water and proceeded to calibrate the autoclave. The calibration was successful, proceeded to test this sterilizer thru all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature during a cycle, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer and found to exceed 273 F during a cycle. This autoclave is fully functional.
