Then it was disassembled down to it's bare chassis, cleaned and reassembled. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Reservoir Cap, Filter and Water Pump Filter were installed. Cleaned the Cassette Chamber and installed a new Probe Bracket Assembly and Chamber Microswitch. . As a preventive maintenance practice, a new Water Pump, Check Valve, Air Valve Solenoid Plunger and Air Compressor Filter were installed. The Sterilizing Cassette was also cleaned and a new Cassette Seal was installed. Levelled the sterilizer for proper cassette drying, connected it to a 120 volt power source, attached a donor condenser waste bottle, added distilled water and proceeded to calibrate the autoclave. Calibration was successful, proceeded to test this sterilizer. Ran the autoclave thru all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer and found to exceed the required 273 F during a sterilizing cycle. This Sterilizer has a crack in the front plastic panel that could not be repaired. This does not effect the operation of the autoclave.
