Calibration proved successful, then commenced to test. Ran the unit thru all the preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. To verify that the autoclave is achieving maximum sterilizing temperature during a cycle, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to exceed 273 F for an entire cycle. Prior to testing the Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Safety Valve, Safety Valve Holder, Air Jet Valve and Reservoir Cap were installed. Installed a new Fill Valve Solenoid, Air Valve Solenoid, Exhaust Valve Solenoid and Dump Valve Solenoid. Cleaned the sterilizing chamber and installed a new Door Gasket, Door Panel and Door Bellows Assembly. Cleaned the sterilizing trays and rack. Sterilizer is fully functioning.
