Connected autoclave to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and proceeded to test the sterilizer. Ran the autoclave thru all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. Temperature tested the sterilizer to verify that it is achieving maximum sterilizing temperature using a Max Register Thermometer, and found unit to exceed 273 F for an entire cycle. Prior to testing the autoclave, it was disassembled down to the bare chassis and cleaned and rebuilt, and refurbished using factory and third party parts. Installed a new Reservoir Tank, Drain Hose and Condenser Coil. Installed new Fill/ Vent Valve Solenoids and Air Valve Solenoid. Cleaned the sterilizing chamber and installed a new Door Panel, Steam Block, Door Handle, Heating Element, Door Gasket, Dam Gasket and Mesh Water Filters. Installed a new Keypad. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. Autoclave is fully functional and in refurbished condition.
