Visually inspected the unit for any damaged or missing parts and accessories. The unit has a noisy start up. Function tested the unit and found it to be non-functional. Tested the unit with the Diagnostic Program. Set the desired speed of the pentaprism to 4000 RMP. There is no rpm (bad pentaprism). No images produced after the scan. Tested the unit on a 32 bit OS and a 64 bit OS.
