This unit looks to be in good shape. After carefully inspecting the unit I plugged it in to test. The fiber optic cable would not show a light at all. I believe this cable is either broken in half or burned out and will need a replacement. This unit will include the older fiber line so you will be able to remove that one and use the same fiber line covers. Barrowed a fiber optic line from one of our own units and this unit worked great.
