Patterson Service Club

To answer your biggest question: If the pre-owned CEREC you purchase still has an active Service Club membership, yes, you are allowed to join the Service Club as if you were the original buyer. You need to fill out a Transfer of Ownership form, and the CEREC must be linked to a Service Club agreement and Service Club contract.

For a monthly fee, the Patterson Service Club is a warranty for your CEREC that covers:

• Multi-year warranty
• Free software upgrades
• Free telephone support from Patterson

The Service Club also entitles you to discounts on hardware upgrades from Patterson, plus yearly maintenance from a Patterson technician.

Important note: If the Patterson Service Club is no longer active for your pre-owned CEREC, you may have to pay a fee to reactivate the Club status.
