The unit was powered on and thoroughly inspected for any missing, damaged, or defective parts and accessories. During the inspection, several issues were identified, including damaged trim, a loose chair frame, and a broken headrest.
Corrective actions were performed to restore the unit to proper operating condition. The damaged trim was replaced, the chair frame was secured and reinforced with an additional screw, and the broken headrest was replaced.
Following repairs, the unit underwent a comprehensive functional test. All chair movements were verified and found to be operating correctly, including upward, downward, forward, and backward motion. The examination light was also tested and confirmed to be functioning properly.
The unit is operational and performing as intended following inspection, repair, and testing.
