I hooked this item up correctly and tested. This unit is fully functional and is in fair cosmetic condition. This item does not come with a foot pedal but will require one for chair functions. This chair does not have a delivery but has some hoses and such coming from the base to where a a delivery was mounted. This chair has chipped pain on the base. This chair looks a little rough overall but the upholstery is good.
