The Door Latch assembly was disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt, and was tested to insure proper opening of the chamber door during the dry cycle. Installed a new Reservoir Tank, Drain Hose and Condenser Coil. Installed a new Fill / Vent Valve Manifold Assembly and Air Valve Solenoid. Installed a new Door Panel, Door Gasket, Dam Gasket, Heating Element, and Mesh Water Filters. Installed a new Safety Valve, Top Panel, LCD Display and Keypad. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. Then proceeded to test the sterilizer. Connected it to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and ran the autoclave through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to reach 273 F for an entire cycle.
