Dr delivery includes x3 -3- hole connections and x1 - 6hole. Assistant delivery will require new particle net and proper set up prior to use. Proceeded to attach Adec 311 to requried 120v power source, raising, lowering and adjusting incline to ensure hydraulics are functioning. Arm rest move and lock as intended. FULLY FUNCTIONAL.
