The Midmark 641 Dental Chair is a powered patient chair designed to provide stable positioning, ergonomic support, and adjustable height for patients during dental examinations and procedures. Its primary purpose is to allow dentists and dental assistants to position the patient comfortably while maintaining optimal access to the oral cavity for treatment. The chair utilizes an electric motor-driven base to control chair height, backrest positioning, and patient recline, enabling smooth and precise adjustments throughout procedures. The design supports efficient workflow within the operatory while promoting patient comfort and proper clinical positioning for a wide range of dental treatments including examinations, restorative work, and surgical procedures. Upon arrival of this Midmark 641 chair, it underwent a complete inspection. Visually inspected chair for any damage or missing components that would interfere with units complete function. Unit includes foot pedal and handheld remote for chair controls. DOES NOT INCLUDE LEFT ARM REST. DAMAGE TO FOOT REST UPHOLSTERY. Upholstery is soothing blue. Proceeded to attach unit to required power source (120V) green indicator light on back of unit illuminated as intended. Raised, lowered, reclined, inclined, and adjusted foot rest with foot pedal and handheld remote. All responded with no complications. FOOT PEDAL HAS DAMAGE TO LOWER RIGHT AND LOWER LEFT END. DOES NOT AFFECT FUNCTIONALITY OF FOOT PEDAL, FINAL PRODUCT QUALITY INSPECTION STATUS. PASSED WITH NOTED DEFECTS.
