It was run through an initial functionality test and found to be in good working order. Then the Chamber Tray and Door Seal were cleaned before testing was begun. This autoclave was run through all it's preset sterilizing cycles several times and found to function without any issues. Then, to verify that it is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to maintain 273 F for an entire cycle. Although this autoclave was proven to be operating correctly, it is overdue for it's factory required preventive maintenance, which can only be preformed by factory trained technicians. Please be aware that this sterilizer requires this maintenance prior to purchasing.
