There were 4 sterilizing cycles run on this autoclave to verify it's functionality. As a preventive measure, the Door Gasket and Dam Gasket were replaced with new ones. Then to test the sterilizer it was connected it to a 120 volt power source, distilled water was added to the Reservoir Tank and than the autoclave was run through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to reach 273 F for an entire cycle.
