This autoclave was put through an initial functionality test, to prove that it does indeed work. Once it was proven to operate correctly, it was disassembled down to it's bare chassis and cleaned and then reassembled. To insure the continued future operation of this sterilizer, preventive maintenance parts were installed, which include, a new Water Pump, Air Valve, Check Valve, Biological Filter and Compressor Air Filter. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Reservoir Cap, Reservoir Filter and Water Pump Filter were installed. The Cassette Chamber was cleaned and a new Probe Bracket and Chamber Microswitch were installed. The sterilizing cassette was also cleaned and a new Cassette Seal was installed. Prior to running test cycles on this sterilizer, the temperature sensors were calibrated. Then this autoclave was tested through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles multiple times. To verify that this unit is achieving it's highest maximum required sterilization temperature, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer and found to exceed 273 F while running a sterilization cycle.

1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY This warranty covers products marked with the words “1 Year Warranty”. These words will be found in either the title or description of a product listing offered by Atlas Resell Management. This Warranty for the Atlas Resell Management Product (“Product”) is provided by Atlas Resell Management. The provider of this warranty is sometimes referred to herein as "we." We warrant the Product against defects in materials and workmanship under ordinary consumer use for one year from the date of original retail purchase. During this warranty period, if a defect arises in the Product and you follow the instructions for returning the Product, we will at our option, to the extent permitted by law, either (1) provide new or refurbished parts to repair the product, (2) replace the Product with a new or refurbished Product that is equivalent to the Product to be replaced, or (3) refund to you all or part of the purchase price of the Product. During the first 90 days of this warranty period, when repairing the product using either new or refurbished parts, we will pay for both the cost of these parts and for the labor to install them. After the first 90 days of this warranty period have passed, the cost of the labor to install these parts is your responsibility. During the warranty period, we must approve all labor and parts before the Product is repaired or this warranty is void. All replaced parts and Products for which a refund is given shall become our property. This limited warranty applies only to hardware components of the Product that are not subject to accident, misuse, neglect, fire or other external causes, alterations, repair not approved by Atlas Resell Management, or commercial use. This limited warranty does not apply to hardware components of the Product that the Manufacturer indicates should be regularly replaced, cleaned, or inspected during preventative maintenance. This limited warranty is void if the Product is not installed by a dental technician before use, or if the Manufacturer-recommended preventative maintenance is not performed after 6 months from the date of original retail purchase. Proof of preventative maintenance in the form of receipts for parts and/or labor is required for any warranty claim. Instructions. For specific instructions about how to obtain warranty service for your Product, please contact Customer Service by email at service@atlasresell.com. We will send you an RMA form that is to be included with the product as it is returned. We do not cover return shipping expenses nor do we insure the Product against shipping damage. You are responsible for purchasing shipping insurance from a carrier of your choosing. You are also responsible for properly packaging and protecting your product for return to Atlas.
