This autoclave is a 2012 model with 19,250 cycles run in it. This autoclave was put through an initial functionality test, to prove that it does indeed work. It was connected to the internet via it's built in ethernet connection and no new updates were found for it. Then it was disassembled down to it's bare chassis and cleaned up, then reassembled. To insure it continued future operation, preventive maintenance parts were installed, which include, a new Water Pump, Air Valve, Check Valve, Safety Valve, Compressor Air Filter and Biological Filter. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Water Pump Filter and Drain Kit Upgrade was installed. The sterilizing cassette was also cleaned and a new Cassette Seal was installed. Prior to running test cycles on this sterilizer, the temperature sensors were calibrated. Then this autoclave was tested through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles multiple times. To verify that this unit is achieving it's highest maximum required sterilization temperature, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer and found to exceed 273 F while running a sterilization cycle.
