Cleaned the sterilizing chamber and installed a new Door Gasket, Door Bellows Assembly. Installed a new HEPA Air Drying Filter and Cap. Cleaned the sterilizing trays and rack. To test this autoclave, it was levelled for proper chamber filling, connected it to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and then the AJUNC-3 board was calibrated to ensure that the temperature and pressure sensors were operating correctly. Then this sterilizer was run through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to exceed the required 270 F during a sterilization cycle.
