The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Safety Valve was installed. A new Door Cover was installed as well as a new Display, Keypad and Display cover. Installed a new Chamber Water Filter, HEPA Air Drying Filter and Cap. Cleaned the sterilizing chamber, Mesh Sterilizing Trays and Rack. To test the functionality of this autoclave, it was levelled for proper chamber filling, it was connected to a 120 volt power source and distilled water was added. Once it was proven to be capable of completing a sterilizing cycle, it was run through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times. Then to verify that it is making it's intended sterilization temperature during a cycle. it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer and found to maintain 273 F during a cycle.
