This autoclave is a 2021 model with very few cycles run on it. It was function tested to verify it's operational condition. It was found to operate to it's required specifications.
To test this autoclave, It was connected to a 120 volt power source, distilled water was added to the reservoir tank, it was properly leveled of correct chamber filling, then test cycles were run at 270 F for 10 minutes and 250 F for 30 minutes. To insure that this unit is reaching it's maximum required sterilization temperature during a cycle. It was tested using a Max Register Thermometer and found to exceed 270 F during a cycle.
