The ZEISS Primo Star microscope was inspected for missing parts and damages, it was powered on and functionally tested. The illumination, brightness control, focus controls, mechanical stage, objective turret, and optics all operated properly. The binocular viewing tube has a loose internal mirror, and the internal mirror at the connection point between the binocular tube and microscope body has visible scratches.
