There were patient files on the laptop however, and the only way I could remove them was to fully reset the laptop, which removed the CS imaging software. There is an installation key with the unit but that likely won't be enough on its own to restore the software, meaning that this unit comes without the imaging software. Other wise, both the scanner and laptop are fully functional and in good condition with some small, barely noticeable marks on them and some water marks on the tips. -BH
