The unit was connected to air, power, and the Ethernet controller, and upon startup it successfully completed all self‑checks. I accessed the technician service panel and initiated diagnostic testing. Water flow was absent, so I began by cleaning the water intake filter. When this did not resolve the issue, I disassembled the water pump and installed a new diaphragm and impeller. After reassembly, the pump was powered on and proper water flow was restored. A one‑hour endurance test was performed with no faults. The tool changer was then tested for both tool pickup and return, and no abnormal air leaks were detected. Based on all diagnostic results, this unit is fully functional.
