This autoclave is a 2019 model with 850 cycles run in it. Prior to testing this autoclave, it was cleaned, and the Door Latch assembly was removed and rebuilt to insure proper operation. A new Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed. Installed a new Fill Valve Solenoid and Coil Pack and Vent Valve Solenoid and Coil Pack. and Air Valve Solenoid. Installed a new Door Gasket, Dam Gasket, and Mesh Water Filters. Installed a new Safety Valve. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. Then proceeded to test the sterilizer. Connected it to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and ran the autoclave through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to reach 273 F for an entire cycle.
