The unit was visually inspected for missing components, physical damage, and overall assembly integrity. The system was then connected to an acquisition unit and supplied with 120V power for functional testing. The unit powered on and completed its startup sequence without errors. A full calibration cycle was performed, followed by stepper motor, force sensor, and continuous load tests. The unit failed the continuous load test. Investigation determined the failure was caused by a software communication issue associated with the acquisition unit running software version 4.6.0.12535. A second acquisition unit running software version 4.0 was connected, and all tests were repeated to validate system functionality. With the older software version, the unit passed all tests without errors. The unit is fully functional.
