Upon powering on the SpeedFire unit, all indicator lights, display functions, and user‑interface elements operated normally. The chamber door opened and closed smoothly without mechanical resistance or latch issues. The unit successfully completed the heat test, confirming proper heating performance and basic system functionality. However, the machine consistently failed to complete the calibration cycle. After systematically ruling out potential causes—including coolant level, airflow, door‑seal integrity, and software reset—it was determined that the internal thermocouple had drifted out of specification. The thermocouple was replaced, after which the unit successfully completed calibration without further errors. The SpeedFire is now operating within normal parameters and is fully functional.
