Actual cycle count would likely be closer to 1,500, but the microprocessor needed to be changed in this sterilizer to make it functional. Inspected this autoclave internally and externally. This autoclave has an installed printer, that is fully functional. Prior to testing this autoclave, the major components were inspected and tested and any issues that were found were repaired during the inspection. As part of the preventive maintenance practices for this type of Tuttnauer, the Fill Valve, and Exhaust valve were replaced. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Safety Valve, Air Jet Valve and Reservoir Cap were installed. Installed a new Chamber Filter. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. This Autoclave is a LABORATORY USE model designed to sterilize Glassware, Clothing, Bio-Waste and Liquids. THIS AUTOCLAVE REQUIRES A 230 VOLT A/C POWER SOURCE TO MAKE IT RUN CORRECTLY. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS REQUIREMENT BEFORE PURCHASING. To test this autoclave, it was first connected to a 230 volt power source, distilled water was added, it was then properly levelled as per it's chamber size requirement and then testing began. This sterilizer was run through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several times.
