Visually inspected unit for any damage or missing parts. Unit is complete as well as damage free. After visually inspecting unit, proceeded to attach unit to required 120V power source. Unit successfully receives power as both chair controls on both deliveries light up. Increased/decreased height on both controls as well as back rest adjustments to ensure unit responds as well as keypad controls respond when interacted with. Unit successfully adjusted chairs controls with no issues, raising and lowering sounding smooth. Tested exam lights function by manually powering it on with switch on lights head as well as powering it on on both deliveries controls. Unit illuminates light, and the three dim settings all work and is visibly noticeable when adjusted. Exam light is free of damage, including reflector. Both handles are in tact. Dr delivery includes all handpieces with 2, 4 hold connections and 1, 6 hole connections. As well as 2 other handpiece attachments. Top cover of Dr delivery has minor cosmetic damage, scuffed off paint. Assistant delivery is missing 2 handpiece hoses and connections. Will require replacement.
