Prior to function testing this Air Techniques AirStar 30 the unit was visually inspected for any damage or missing components that would impair units functionality. Unit is complete, but the PSI gauge was damaged, which was replaced. Proceeded to hardwire unit to required 220V power source. Powered each individual motor on to ensure sound smooth and free obstruction, as well as run. Each motor kicked on, with no complications; sounding great. With both motors powered on, I closed pressure relief valve and allowed AirStar 30 to fill chamber. While doing so I obtained the dB reading which sits between 70-71.2. Compressor kicked off at 100PSI. Slowly released pressure with motors still remaining on to gather recovery time and pressure kick on. Which kicks on at around 70PSI. Recovery time is 54seconds. This unit is in great condition. 1735.4 hours reading on display. Replaced x2 filters on the head to each motor. FINAL INSPECTION STATUS= PASSED. FULLY FUNCTIONAL.
