The Air Techniques STS‑3 Dental Vacuum System (Super Turbine Suction) is a dry dental vacuum pump designed to provide high-volume suction for dental operatories during clinical procedures. Its primary purpose is to remove saliva, blood, water, debris, and aerosols from the patient’s mouth through high-volume evacuation (HVE) and saliva ejector lines connected to dental chairs. The STS-3 uses a dry pump design that eliminates the need for water consumption and incorporates a Cyclonic Action Separator (CAS) tank to separate liquids and debris before air reaches the pump, protecting internal components and improving system reliability. The unit is designed to support multiple operatories simultaneously while delivering consistent suction performance throughout the dental practice. Upon arrival unit underwent a complete quality inspection. Visually inspected for any damage or missing components. UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE HARDWARE FOR STACKING TANK. REPLACED POWER CABLE (WILL NEED WIRED TO PROPER PLUG) REPLACED LEVELER FEET. DOES NOT INCLUDE DRAIN WITH CHECK VALVE EXHAUST CONNECTION. Once unit was repaired, hardwired unit to required 220V power source. Flipped switch on front of unit; motor kicking on sounding smooth and free of obstruction. Suction is adequate. 76.3Db reading. UNIT INCLUDES DRIP SHILED, 4 GALLON CAS, VACUUM RELIEF VALVE, SUCTION LINE FROM OPERATORIES, HEAT EXCHANGER, AIR TECHNIQUES STS-3. FINAL PRODUCT QUALITY INSPECTION STATUS- PASSED.
