The laptop is fully functional and the scanner turns on and is recognized when connected. I couldn't test the scanner fully because the software doesn't work. It couldn't run unless it was connected to the server of the seller we got it from, and it can only be reenabled if the software is downloaded again. This means that a copy of the Carestream Software will need to be installed for this to be used. Since the software that's on it has no use, I reset the laptop and removed all files from it. -BH
