The Ivoclar Vivadent Programat CS is a specialized, compact dental furnace designed for chairside CAD/CAM applications, primarily used to perform crystallization and glaze firings on ceramic restorations, such as IPS e.max CAD. It enables efficient, single-visit tooth restorations with high accuracy and speed. This unit underwent a full product quality inspection. UNIT DOES NOT INCLUDE VAC PUMP! (tested unit with in house testing vac pump) proceeded to properly connect/set unit up. Powering on by switch on back of unit. The Programat began power up transitioning into self test. Successfully completed self test with no complications or error codes presented. Engaged all keypad controls to ensure all respond when interacted with. Gathered necessary information FIRING HOURS- 285 OPERATING HOURS- 75118 VACUUM HOURS- 136 Includes multiple different preset programs. To ensure complete functionality, ran preset program 1. Unit had no issues going through each phase of the firing cycle. FINAL PRODUCT QUALITY INSPECTION STATUS- PASSED.
