I set up this item and tested. This item wont heat up because it has a broken heating element. The insulation on the inside is severly damaged too and will likely need a full replacement. Anytime the unit is moved chunks fall out and powder gets everywhere. This could potentially be good parts unit for the rest of the heating elements or a good board etc. This item is in bad condition overall.
