An Initial functionality test was done, and all major components were found to be working. Then this autoclave,was disassembled down to the bare chassis, cleaned, rebuilt and refurbished. Removed and rebuilt the Door Latch assembly. Cleaned Reservoir Tank and installed a new Drain Hose and Condenser Coil. Installed a new Fill / Vent Valve Manifold Assembly and Air Valve Solenoid. Installed a new Door Gasket, Dam Gasket, Heating Element, and Mesh Water Filters. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. Then proceeded to test the sterilizer. Connected it to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and ran the autoclave through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to reach 273 F for an entire cycle.
