This autoclave is a 2019 model with less than 5,000 cycles ran on it. After an initial functionality test, to prove the sterilizer is operational, it was disassembled down to the bare chassis, cleaned, rebuilt and refurbished. The Door Latch assembly was disassembled, cleaned and rebuilt, to ensure proper door operation. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Drain Hose and Condenser Coil were installed. Also installed into this autoclave were a new Fill / Vent Valve Manifold Assembly, Air Valve Solenoid, a new Door Cover, Door Gasket, Dam Gasket, Heating Element, Mesh Water Filters, and a new Top Cover and Keypad. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack. Then proceeded to test the sterilizer. Connected it to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and ran the autoclave through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to reach 273 F for an entire cycle.
