The sterilizer was removed from the packing and inspected, and one of the door mounts on the plastic door panel was found to be broken. The breakage was easily repairable and was repaired using epoxy cement. Then to insure the autoclaves functionality, it was tested by running sterilizing cycles of 250 F for 30 minutes and 270 F for 15 minutes. To verify that this sterilizer is achieving it's maximum required sterilization temperature during a cycle, it was tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to exceed 270 F for an entire cycle
