This autoclave was a return and was originally inspected by a previous tech. It was completely go over again, any issues were corrected and the damaged parts were replaced with new ones. Then it was retested and found fully functional, and will have to go back through photography again before it can be relisted.
This autoclave is a 2021model with less than 100 cycles run in it. Prior to testing this autoclave, it was disassembled down to the bare chassis, cleaned, rebuilt and refurbished. The Door Latch assembly was removed and rebuilt to insure proper operation. A new Reservoir Tank Drain Hose was installed. Installed a new Installed a new Door Gasket, Dam Gasket, and Mesh Water Filters. Installed a new Door Panel, Top Panel and Keypad. Cleaned the Sterilizing Trays and Rack.
Then proceeded to test the sterilizer. Connected it to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and ran the autoclave through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles. This autoclave was found to be leak free during testing, and functioning to it's required specifications. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to reach 273 F for an entire cycle
