Prior to testing this autoclave, it was disassembled down to it's bare chassis, cleaned and rebuilt. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Reservoir Cap, Tank Filter and Water Pump Filter and Drain Kit upgrade were installed. To insure this autoclaves future functionality, a new Water Pump, Air Solenoid Valve Plunger, Check Valve, Safety Valve, Biological Filter and Compressor Air Filter were installed. The Cassette Chamber and Probe Bracket cleaned. The Sterilizing Cassette was also cleaned and a new Cassette Seal was installed. Before testing began on this sterilizer, the temperature control system was calibrated. Then this autoclave was tested through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles several time, and found to function as required. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it maximum required sterilizing temperature during a cycle, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and was found to exceed 273 F for an entire cycle
