Prior to fully testing this autoclave, it was disassembled down to it's bare chassis, cleaned and rebuilt. The reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed and a new Reservoir Filter, Water Pump Filter and Drain Kit upgrade was installed. Install a new Water Pump, Air Valve, Check Valve, Safety Valve, Air Compressor Filter and Biological Filter. Installed a new Touch Screen Display. Disassembled the sterilizing cassette, cleaned it and rebuilt it, installing a new Cassette Seal. Then , prior to testing this sterilizer, the unit's temperature control system was calibrated. Once that was proven to be successful, the autoclave was run through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles multiple times. Then it was temperature tested to verify that it is achieving it's maximum required sterilization temperature, by the use of a Max Register Thermometer, and it was found to exceed 273 F during a cycle.
