Visually inspected the unit for any damaged or missing parts and accessories. The hardware version of this unit is 1.7.3. I noticed that the unit is missing the metal calibration sleeve. The unit cannot be calibrated without it. Borrowed a metal calibration sleeve from a different unit. Powered on the unit. The system is running Windows 10 Pro 64-bit OS. The software is running Connect 5.2.7. Opened the Connect software and calibrated the scanner. The scanner calibrated successfully. Deleted all patient files. This unit is fully functional with good cosmetic condition.
