Unit was visually inspected for missing components and damages. Unit Has a layer of resin covering plastic housing and around the control panel that cannot be removed due to the amount of time it has had to sit on the unit prior to being tested. Had expended every option to remove as much of the resin as possible in a manner that would not hurt the unit itself (Isopropyl, magic eraser, plastic scraper, soaking the parts in warm/hot water, heat gun). Unit is fully functional outside of the cured resin (does not impede the use/function of the unit)
