Test notes
The unit was visually inspected for signs of physical damage and to verify the presence of all required parts and accessories. During the inspection, visible marks were observed on the lid cover. Attempts to clean the marks were unsuccessful, and the marks remained visible.
The unit was connected to a 120 V power source for functional testing. Resin was placed on the build platform, and the unit was instructed to initiate the printing process.
Multiple attempts were made to complete the printing process; however, the unit failed to complete the task successfully. During testing, a light-system-related error message appeared, and the unit was unable to complete the printing process. The failure appeared to be related to the Digital Light Processing (DLP) system.
Based on the visual inspection and repeated functional testing attempts, the unit failed the functional test due to its inability to complete the printing process and the associated error message.
Final Classification: Nonfunctional/Incomplete – For Parts Only.
Disposition: The unit's condition and test results were discussed with Ray. Based on the unsuccessful functional testing, the unit was classified as nonfunctional/incomplete and designated for parts only.
