10/27/2026 - This autoclave is a 2017 model with 1,800 run in it. It was inspected inside and out for obvious defects, then it was put through an initial functionality test to verify it is in working order. Then it semi-disassembled to clean. To insure this sterilizers continued operation, preventative maintenance parts were installed, which include, a Safety Valve, HEPA Air Drying Filter and Filter Cap. The Reservoir Tank was cleaned and flushed. The Chamber and Water Fill Filter were cleaned. Cleaned the Sterilizing Tray and Rack.
Then testing proceeded on this sterilizer. Connected it to a 120 volt power source, added distilled water and ran the autoclave through all it's preset sterilizing and drying cycles. This autoclave was found to be leak free during testing, and functioning to it's required specifications. To verify that this autoclave is achieving it's required maximum sterilizing temperature, it was temperature tested using a Max Register Thermometer, and found to reach 273 F for an entire cycle.
